Olive wood is unusually strong due to its slow growth and has an antibacterial effect. Since this is a handmade natural product there may be variations in shape and appearance, depending on the growth and grain of the wood. The cutlery has a length of about 30 cm, so you can easily reach the bottom of all common pots. Due to the natural texture, however, it is not dishwasher safe.
Care tip:
Now and then rub the wood with olive oil to keep it supple. This keeps the wood like new and hygienically clean in the long run.
